The hotel was gorgeous, the room was updated and I loved helpful staff. The shuttle to the station was a great perk and breakfast was included. Booked a room with bath. The beds were not very comfortable here, but it was a real good stay all in all.

Disappointing aspect was not so clean bathroom.

The hotel is impressive, with very good staff and location. Practical location with a train station near the property.

I lovely spend 2 nights in Copenhagen. Copenhagen Central subway station can be reached within 15 minutes walk.

Convenient place, it was clean and had exceptional staff at the receptionist and breakfast. The breakfast was fine, the check in was early.

Everything was good, awesome location close to the main train station, the staff were friendly. I spent some time with hot drinks in the superb library bar. I had a wonderful stay.

The venue is beautiful designed and fabulous, its location is strategic, short walk to train station, Tivoli, all the buses.

Extremely convenient hotel, best staff, brand-new room. The excellent service combined with the good food. Plus their wifi was fast. The location was fab, within easy walking distance of The National Museum of Denmark.

I liked the useful staff and FRESH MADE breakfasts. Absolutely perfect location, minutes from imperial. The building itself was extremely clean with a beautiful garden.

Liked this hotel, had 3 fabulous days here. The breakfast was tasty and offered lots of options. Pool was lovely and there was a good restaurant on site.

Well laid out room, marble-lined bathroom, plus it's in a quite basic area. Central location, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from oksnehallen conference center.

The property needs renovation.

The staff was extraordinary service-minded, the room was en suite and soundproof. Our room had a big bed and a magnificent view. Awesome breakfast, attentive service. The sushi bar in the hotel had lots of cold martini and beers throughout the day.

The facilities were fairly clean and the staff absolutely amazing. Brilliant view, a little balcony, exceptionally comfortable bed, too. Wonderful location to a bronze statue. Exceptional service throughout my stay. I liked my stay, just fantastic.

I appreciated that hotel's lobby was pleasant. The room was updated and available with a balcony, a good view plus working airco. With easy check-in and late check-out, this venue was original.

Hotel is clean, its staff and food are second to none.

It was fairly nice 4 days, will come back. Compact room, impeccable service, highly professional staff.

There are rooms for family. Great location: 5 mins walk from the subway station. In addition, the parking was nearby.

the hotel was near to ny carlsberg glyptotek and rundetaarn. gammel strand subway stop is a short walk to the place, some 15 minutes on foot.

Right by the central station in Copenhagen. 300 feet away there is Vapiano Tivoli;)))
